How Long Does It Take For An Order To Process?
Allow 1-3 business days to process for shipping. We make every effort to ensure your orders are processed as quickly as possible. Please understand we are a team of two people and are not perfect.
FOR PERSONALIZED & CUSTOM ORDERS: Allow up to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your order to be made (by hand) and to process for shipping.
Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.
If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at mecraftsx@gmail.com. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.
Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide.
What About Shipping?
We ship both domestically and to a select number of international destinations. Shipping times depend on your location. If you live down the street from us in the San Francisco Bay Area, you'll get it faster than if you live in New York. The USPS site quotes, but does not guarantee, 2-8 business days for domestic delivery. International shipping is longer.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
FREE SHIPPING for orders over $100 within the USA.
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. ME CRAFTS is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How Do I Check The Status Of My Order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
